Submission Agreement

You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to license to Insider Images the submitted content by you and that the submitting of the content by you does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or entity by reason of the use of any submitted content by you.
